Isioma Onochie-Aihie and Terae Onyeje formally launched their fashion retail boutique-Grey Velvet on Saturday 5th of May at the Ikeja City Mall, Alausa Lagos. The exclusive black carpet event was a gathering of the crème de la crème in Nigerian fashion.
Grey Velvet is a home to collections from African designers, the boutique sells pieces from Remi Lagos, Isi Brown, BebeGrafiti, Virtue Clothiers, Xclamations, Kiki Kamanu, Design for Love, RN Jewelz, T.T DALK, Dehadza, Ejiro Amos Tafiri, Republic of Foreigner, House of Farrah, DOT, Nick & Grace and Kola Kuddus.
The first of its kind in Lagos, the Grey Velvet houses a wide range of fashion pieces from clothing, shoes, handbags, jewellery to other accessories.
Highlights of the day included a special fashion presentation of some of the pieces in store by live models plus an overflow of champagne, wine, cocktails and finger foods to the delight of guests present.
The launch party was supported by OnoBello.com, Bella Naija, House of Tara, Sleek Nigeria and Millaman & Lautrec Wine & Champagne.
