EMERGING BRITISH NIGERIAN DESIGNER OZORA TO MAKE AFRICA FASHION WEEK LONDON DEBUT IN THEIR FIRST EDITION

Ozora – Is a fashion label created by Josephine Sey a Nigerian British Designer based in London and Nigeria. Josephine grew up around Fashion with a mum that made very simple things with fabric laying around, ‘I saw it come alive because fashion is live’ she says. she was intrigued and fascinated by her mother’s creation and finds her mother as an inspiration for her label.

In 2008 Ozora was created out of her Love for fashion, Ozora Collection is a Luxury Label from beach to Red Carpet with a lot of attitude for the fashion forward woman that isn’t a follower of fashion, celebrating the arts and crafts from her African origin and also maintaining very modern styles and silhouette, and Immaculate craftsmanship catering to the quintessential fashion follower.

Her new Collection ‘Blooms By Ozora’ is inspired by her heritage, she believes Africans are Happy People and they Love colours. The collection is inspired greatly by Fusion of colours. She says it’s not just about the little black dress in the wardrobe anymore, is also about the purple dress, the beautiful red dress.

The New Collection will be revealed at the Africa Fashion Week London this August, The general public can view the collection on the 5th and 6th of August at Gibson Hall, 13 Bishopsgate.
